Desert Force & Co. is structured around a non-executive board. Its members do not run the firms the group acquires; they set the standard by which the group acquires and operates. Executive leadership is appointed for each acquisition.

Founder

Omri Moskovitch

Omri Moskovitch founded Desert Force & Co. with a single focus: Israel’s accounting and bookkeeping sector — succession for the owners who built its firms, and growth for the operators who carry them forward. He leads every owner conversation personally. The group is built the way he intends to run it: governed by a non-executive board, patient in what it acquires, and judged by what happens to a firm’s people, clients, and name after a transition.

Mandate: Guards the professional quality of what the group acquires and operates — the standard of the work itself.
The standard: A senior career in Israeli accounting, and the authority that comes with it.

Mandate: Oversees the propriety of the group’s conduct — that every transition is done correctly and every commitment is kept.
